Gryphon Capital Development Corporation Inc. is a privately held International Business Corporation formed in 2000 as a capital project financing provider interacting with private, high net worth, companies, families and individuals.

 

Since 2005, the company has expanded into the energy sector, financial sector, structured financing and funding of coal and precious metals explorations and mining which further expanded into the trading of crude oil and refined petroleum products.

 

The Company now functions primarily as an offshore syndicate specializing in project investment and management, the financial sector, mining and the purchase and sale of crude and refined oil products.

 

Gryphon and our associated companies (“The Gryphon Group Of Companies”) are currently Amalgamator/Profile Manager for financing and developing a number of European energy projects including power plants, liquid natural gas terminals, pipelines, port development, airport improvements, city core restoration, resort hotels, IT banking and security infrastructure.
